All content, designs, code, and materials created by us as part of our services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
KKM Digital Marketing Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
